Published November 20, 2009
“People living near Bozeman would have easier access to workforce training under a proposal being presented this week to the Montana Board of Regents to create a two-year Gallatin College,” reports the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. “The regents are scheduled to discuss the idea during their meeting at Montana State University Thursday and Friday. MSU President Geoff Gamble said Tuesday that he has felt for the past two years that the Gallatin Valley needs a college providing two-year certificates and workforce training. If the regents like the idea, he said, they may vote on it as early as January.”
